Connect Humryk to Claude
With Humryk in Claude you ask about your shop in plain language: sales, orders, stock, customers and subscriptions. Claude can only read until you turn on what it may change, one area at a time. You see every change first, and it happens only when you confirm it in the chat.

- You always handle payments, refunds, shipping labels, deletions and access yourself in Humryk.
- You can pause changes or remove access whenever you like. It takes effect at once.

How to connect
- 1Click «Add to Claude»Claude opens a new connector with Humryk filled in. You can also add the address yourself: https://api.humryk.com/mcp.

A weekly report every Monday
On a paid Claude plan, Claude writes the report by itself, even when your computer is off.

What Claude can change
Claude can read whatever your role gives you access to. You turn changes on yourself, one area at a time, under Settings → AI assistant → «What AI can do». Everything is off until you turn it on.

Every proposal says who will be emailed. Your role decides what you can turn on.
How you confirm a change
Claude never changes anything directly. First you see before and after, and who will be emailed. Then Claude asks you in the chat, unless you chose «Always allow» in Claude. A proposal you do not confirm within 10 minutes expires.
Everything Claude has done is listed under Settings → AI assistant → «What the assistant has done». Click «Undo» on anything that can be undone.
What we store
We never store your conversations, the questions or the answers. For each call we log the tool, the app, the user and the shop, whether it succeeded and how long it took, for 90 days. For each change we keep what was changed and who confirmed it. Read more in the privacy policy.
In lists, customers' email addresses are masked. Claude gets full contact details only when you ask about one customer or order.
Pause or remove access
Under Settings → AI assistant, click «Remove access» next to the app, and Claude loses access at once. To stop only the changes, switch the areas off under «What AI can do», or pause all AI changes for the shop. Claude can still read.
If something does not work

| The connector is gone | Add it again. A new connection starts at «Read only». |

What it does not do
- Claude cannot pay, refund, cancel orders or subscriptions, buy shipping labels, send invoices or newsletters, publish pages, delete anything or change access. For refunds, cancelling and shipping labels you get a link to the right screen in Humryk.
- You turn changes on yourself, one area at a time, for each app and shop. Until then Claude can only read.
- Claude is a product of Anthropic. Humryk is not made by or affiliated with Anthropic.

- Do I need a Humryk shop?
- Yes. You log in with your Humryk user. If you do not have a shop yet, get started here.
- Can Claude change anything without my knowing?
- No. Claude can change only what you have turned on, every change is a proposal you confirm first, and everything done is listed under «What the assistant has done».
- Can Claude see my customers?
- Yes, if your role gives access to customers. In lists, email addresses are masked. We do not store what Claude receives.
- Does it work with ChatGPT and other AI tools?
- Yes. Tools that support MCP connect to the same address: https://api.humryk.com/mcp.
