Old addresses and search results
Product addresses from Mystore change. You add the old addresses of your most visited products and categories as redirects.
Redirects start working once the domain points to the new store.
Specific to Mystore
Export your products from Mystore as CSV; Humryk recognises the Mystore format with products, descriptions, prices and variants, and categories become tags on the products. The Mystore export only has file names for images, so you upload those yourself. A B2B portal with prices per business customer and subscriptions are included in the plan.
What doesn't move
- Order history stays in the old platform. Export it before you close it.
- Passwords can't be moved from any platform. Customers sign in with a code by email, or set a new password.
- Subscribers' payment agreements can't be moved. They sign up again in the new store.
