B2B portal

A B2B portal where business customers order on their own

Humryk gives you a separate B2B store where cafés, shops and restaurants sign in, see their agreed prices and order on their own. Standing orders are placed automatically. You approve the order and create the invoice in your accounting software with one click. From €89 a month with up to 20 business customers, with the online store for consumers included.

  • Agreed prices per business or customer group, with volume pricing
  • Businesses register themselves with a lookup in the Norwegian business register, and you approve
  • Standing orders, «Order again» and a reminder when it's time to order
  • Invoices through Fiken, Tripletex, PowerOffice, Conta or Duett, or as a Stripe invoice with 14, 30 or 60 days to pay

Prices per customer

Each business customer gets its own price list. A business can have several lists, and the lowest price applies. Put businesses into groups such as «Cafés», «Shops» and «Wholesalers», and the group's price list applies to everyone in it at once.

A price list can hold a fixed price, a percentage or an amount off per product, or a discount on everything. Prices can start from a quantity, and the customer sees in the store what it takes to reach the next price.

  • Price lists per businessWith a currency and valid from and to dates, so new agreements can be ready in advance.
  • Customer groupsOne change to the group's price list applies to every customer in the group.
  • Volume pricingA lower price from a certain quantity of the same product.
  • Prices hidden from othersVisitors see the range, but prices only show to signed-in users of an approved business.
  • Range per customerProducts can be for businesses only, consumers only, or only for chosen businesses and groups.
  • Catalogue as PDFMake a PDF catalogue with one business's own prices, a validity period and a note from you.

Businesses register themselves

The business customer fills in the registration in your B2B store and finds their company by searching name or organisation number in the Norwegian business register (Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Icelandic companies by their numbers). You can ask for your own details or documents, such as a licence.

You approve each business and put it into the right groups. After that the business invites its own colleagues, so several people can order on the same account. If your customers are in a spreadsheet, import them and send the invitations now or later.

Ordering, approval and invoicing

Every order from the B2B store waits for your approval. You can change the order before approving, approve many at once, and the customer gets an email when the order is approved.

You create the invoice with one click on the order, or for many orders at once. The business is created as a customer in your accounting software the first time, and VAT codes follow the products. You can also let Stripe send the invoice, with payment terms per customer, and it's marked paid when the customer pays.

  • FikenAn invoice draft in Fiken, which you send as EHF, eFaktura or email. More on Fiken.
  • TripletexThe order is placed in Tripletex, and you invoice it there. More on Tripletex.
  • PowerOffice, Conta and DuettA sales order or invoice draft in your software. See all integrations.

Standing orders and reordering

Many cafés order the same thing every week. With a standing order, the order is created on schedule, already approved, and invoiced like other business orders. Prices are locked from the start until you update them, and both you and the customer can pause.

For those who order themselves, «Order again» puts an earlier order back in the cart. Turn on the reminder and the business gets an email when it's time to order. The timing is worked out from how often that particular business usually orders.

Delivery, shipping and order deadlines

Choose how business customers get their goods: shipping with Bring or Profrakt, pickup from you, or delivery by you on set days. You set the order deadline as a number of days before, or as a fixed weekly cut-off.

Your own deliveries are set up per area with postcodes, a price, free delivery over an amount and a minimum order. Carrier shipping can have fixed B2B prices per zone; otherwise freight is set on the order afterwards, from the label or by hand.

What it doesn't do

  • Business customers don't pay at checkout. The order is invoiced once you've approved it.
  • Nothing goes to your accounting software by itself. You send approved orders with a click, one at a time or many at once.
  • The invoice is sent from your accounting software, not from Humryk. It goes as EHF, eFaktura or email, depending on what the software and the customer support.
  • You give businesses discounts with price lists; discount codes are for the consumer online store.

Common questions

What is a B2B portal?
An online store for business customers, where they sign in, see their agreed prices and order on their own, instead of ordering by email or phone. In Humryk the B2B store is a separate store next to the consumer one, with the same products and the same admin.
Can business customers have their own prices?
Yes. Each business can have its own price list, or get the price list of a customer group it belongs to. The lowest price applies, and prices can have volume tiers from a certain quantity.
Can business customers pay by invoice?
Yes. You create the invoice in Fiken, Tripletex, PowerOffice, Conta or Duett with one click, or let Stripe send it with 14, 30 or 60 days to pay. Card payment at checkout isn't available for business customers.
Can I set up standing orders for cafés?
Yes. A standing order creates the order on schedule, already approved. The business can start it in the B2B store, or you set it up for them.
Can anyone other than business customers see the prices?
No. Visitors to the B2B store see the range, but prices only show when a user from an approved business is signed in.
What does a B2B portal cost with Humryk?
Start is €89 a month with up to 20 business customers, and Pro €179 a month with up to 40. The consumer online store is included. With more than 40 business customers, we'll give you a price for Enterprise.
