Getting started

How long does it take to set up the store?
Many are up and running the same day. You sign up, add products, choose a template in the store builder and connect your domain. On the admin's front page, a «Getting started» list shows you the steps.
Do I need technical skills?
No. The platform is designed so you can do everything yourself without a developer. The store builder is made of sections: you add a section where you want it, move it up or down with the arrows, change colours and type in the content. Domain, shipping and payment are set up in simple forms.
Can I try the platform for free?
Yes, you get a 14-day free trial without entering payment details. You get access to the whole platform, B2B features included.
What happens after the trial?
You choose a plan (B2C, Start or Pro) to continue. If you don't choose a plan, your account is paused. You lose no data and can reactivate it at any time.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.

Pricing and payment

How much does the platform cost?
There are three plans. B2C is €25 a month, for selling to consumers only. Start is €89 a month with up to 20 business customers, and Pro is €179 a month with up to 40. Billed every 6 months, that is €18, €69 and €149 a month. Start and Pro both include the whole platform. The difference is how many business customers you can have. With more than 40, we'll give you a price for Enterprise. The pricing section shows prices in NOK, SEK, DKK, GBP and CHF as well.
Do you charge any platform fee on sales?
No. We charge no platform fee on B2C sales (direct to consumers) or B2B sales. The only thing on top of the subscription is the fees Stripe charges for card payments, and they vary by payment method and card type. See Stripe's pricing page for current rates.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You pay the subscription and Stripe's fees. We also use Stripe Tax for automatic VAT calculation, and it has its own per-transaction cost (see Stripe Tax pricing). There are no setup or platform fees, you don't pay by the number of products or orders, and shipping, accounting and CRM cost nothing extra.
What is the difference between 6-month and monthly billing?
With 6-month billing you pay for 6 months at a time and save up to 27% compared to monthly. Monthly billing has no commitment, so you can cancel at any time.
How does Stripe payment work?
Stripe handles all payments in your store. You create a Stripe account (free), connect it to our platform, and money goes straight to your account. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and with Vipps for payments in Norwegian kroner. Stripe's fees depend on the payment method, and the full overview is at stripe.com/pricing. We never hold your money. It goes directly from the customer to you via Stripe.
Can customers pay with Vipps?
Yes. Vipps is at checkout for every payment in Norwegian kroner, through your Stripe account, with nothing extra to set up. Subscriptions are paid by card for now.
Do B2B orders cost anything?
No. B2B orders (wholesale to business customers) have no transaction fees on any plan. B2B customers usually pay by invoice, so Stripe fees don't apply either.

B2B and wholesale

How does B2B sales work?
Business customers register in your B2B store and request access. You approve them, give them a price list with their own prices, and they order on their own and pay by invoice. Every order waits for your approval before it's processed.
What are price lists and how do they work?
Price lists let you create different prices for different customers. For example, Café A gets 15% off everything, while Restaurant B gets special prices on selected products. The customer only sees their own price when logged in. You can have as many price lists as you want.
Can business customers register themselves?
Yes. Your store has a registration page where businesses fill in their company name, registration number, contact details, and delivery address. You receive a request and can approve or decline. Once approved, they get access to B2B prices.
Can I require approval of B2B orders?
Yes. Every order from the B2B store waits for your approval before processing. You see the order in your overview, can make changes, and approve with one click or many at once. The customer automatically receives an email when the order is approved. Standing orders are created already approved.
What is the difference between B2B and B2C customers?
B2B customers are businesses that buy from you. They see their own prices, order by invoice, and you approve their orders. B2C customers are individuals who pay at checkout. Business customers shop in a separate B2B store with its own address. The stores share the product catalogue, stock and admin, and you choose per product whether it shows in one or both.
Can I have both B2B and B2C in the same store?
Yes. Individuals shop in your online store, see standard prices and pay by card. Business customers sign in to the B2B store and see their agreed prices. The two stores share the same products, stock and admin, and all orders land in the same order list.

Products and catalogue

Is there a limit on the number of products?
No. All plans have unlimited products, variants, and images. You never pay extra for adding more products.
How do product variants work?
You define options such as Size, Colour, or Weight, and the platform automatically generates all combinations. For example: 3 sizes × 4 colours = 12 variants in seconds. Each variant can have its own price, stock level, and SKU.
Can I import products from Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, MyStore, or one.com?
Yes. We have import tools for products from the most common platforms, including Shopify, Wix, MyStore, one.com, and WooCommerce. You export from the platform you use today and import to us. We can also help with manual migration if needed. Contact us.
Can I create a product catalogue as a PDF?
Yes. You make a PDF catalogue for a business customer, with that customer's own prices, a validity period and a note from you, and download it to share.
Do you support discount codes?
Yes, in the consumer online store. You create codes with a percentage or a fixed amount off, and set start and end dates, total and per-customer usage limits, and a minimum order amount. A code always applies to the whole order, shipping included, and isn't used in the B2B store.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?
Customers subscribe to your products and choose among the intervals you offer, for example every week, every two or four weeks, every three or six months, or your own intervals. They pay automatically by card via Stripe. Business customers can have standing orders that are invoiced.
Can customers manage their own subscription?
Yes. Customers sign in and do it themselves: pause, resume, skip the next order, change frequency and quantity, remove a product, change address and card, or cancel. You add new products for them. You can switch off pausing and skipping.
What do I see as a seller?
You get a dedicated subscription dashboard with MRR (monthly recurring revenue), churn rate, popular products, and an overview of all active, paused, and cancelled subscriptions. Orders are created automatically and you just need to pack and ship.
Do subscriptions work for B2B?
Yes. Standing orders for businesses are created automatically as regular orders at the agreed price, already approved, and invoiced like other business orders. You don't have to take the orders in manually.
Can I offer subscribers free shipping?
Yes. In the subscription settings you can choose to give free shipping to all subscribers. It's a common way to turn one-time buyers into subscribers.

Store and design

Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You connect your own domain (e.g. mystore.com) in the settings. We guide you through the DNS setup, and your store is served from your domain with no 'powered by' branding.
How does the store builder work?
You build pages from sections such as a hero image, product lists, text and images. You add a section where you want it and move it up or down with the arrows. Colours, logo and fonts are set for the whole store, and everything adapts to mobile by itself.
Can I have multiple pages?
Yes. Beyond standard product pages, cart, and checkout, you can create custom pages (About us, Contact, etc.) with the page builder. System pages for cart, checkout, account, and products are pre-configured.
Is the store mobile-friendly?
Yes. The whole store, checkout included, is designed mobile-first and adapts to the screen. You don't need to do anything extra.
Can I add custom tracking or chat scripts?
Yes. You can add any scripts you like (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, chat widgets, etc.) in the settings. They are added automatically to every page of your store.

Shipping and delivery

Which shipping providers are supported?
We integrate with Bring and Profrakt. With Profrakt you use the carriers in your Profrakt agreements, such as Posten, PostNord and Helthjem. You create shipping labels straight from the order.
Can I generate shipping labels from the platform?
Yes. When processing an order, click «Create shipping label» and choose the service. The label is a PDF, and you can print many orders together. When you mark the order shipped, the customer gets an email with a tracking link.
Are shipping costs calculated automatically?
The customer pays the price you've set for their zone (country or postcodes). You can offer free shipping over an amount and set separate prices for business customers. Shipping isn't calculated from weight and size. You see the carrier's price when you create the label.

Accounting and integrations

Which accounting systems are supported?
Fiken, Tripletex, PowerOffice Go, Conta and Duett. Approved business orders become an invoice or order in your software when you click «Create invoice», per order or many at once, and the business is created as a customer there. Consumer sales aren't transferred. For those you get payout reports with VAT per rate.
How does the accounting integration work?
You connect your accounting software under Accounting → Settings, with a sign-in or a key from the software, and sync your products with the sales account you choose. When a business order is approved, you click «Create invoice», and Humryk creates an invoice, order or draft in your software with customer, products, freight and VAT codes. Payment status isn't read back, and credit notes are made in your accounting software.
Do you handle VAT automatically?
Yes. In the online store, Stripe Tax calculates VAT from the product's tax code, and VAT is shown on Stripe's payment page, the receipt and the order confirmation. Business orders use the VAT rate you set on the product, and it carries over to the invoice in your accounting software. Stripe Tax has its own per-transaction cost (see Stripe Tax pricing).
Can I export data?
Yes. Your contact list, reports and stock can be downloaded as CSV straight from the admin, and payout reports as PDF. If you need an extract of something else, such as all orders, we'll help you.

CRM and customer data

What is customer segmentation?
The platform labels your customers automatically by buying pattern, every night: Top customers (at least 5 orders and among the 20% who spend the most), Loyal (at least 2 orders, the last within 90 days), New (first order in the last 30 days), At risk (at least 2 orders, the last 3–6 months ago) and Inactive (over 180 days since the last purchase). It covers both consumers and business customers, and helps you prioritise follow-up.
Can I see what my customers are doing?
Yes. The activity log shows logins, orders, company requests, and more in real time. You can see when a customer last logged in, what they have ordered, and whether they have shown interest in B2B access without having applied.
Can I build an email list?
Yes. Contacts are collected at checkout and from the sign-up form in your store, and you can import lists with consent from Shopify, Klaviyo or CSV. Newsletters, automatic emails and segments are built in, and the list can be exported.

Migrating from another platform

Can I move from Shopify?
Yes. You import your products from Shopify's CSV export with images, variants and prices, and your product addresses are kept. Newsletter contacts come in with their consent, and the blog can move with redirects. Order history doesn't move. We're happy to help with the move.
Can I move from WooCommerce?
Yes. WooCommerce export files (CSV) can be imported directly. Products with variants and images are transferred, and categories become tags. The blog can move from WordPress with redirects. Get in touch if you'd like help with the move.
Can I move from Wix?
Yes. Wix products can be exported and imported to our platform. We support Wix's export format.
Can I move from MyStore?
Yes. The MyStore export (CSV) is imported directly with products, descriptions, prices and variants, and categories become tags. The export only has file names for images, so you upload the images yourself.
What happens to my existing customers?
Newsletter contacts can be imported with their consent, and business customers can be imported and invited. No platform can transfer passwords to another, so customers sign in with a code by email or set a new password the first time.
Can I run both platforms in parallel?
Yes. During migration you can test the new store on a temporary subdomain while the old store is still active. When you're ready, you point your domain to us.

Technical and security

Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT to my shop?
Yes. Under Settings → AI assistant you find a button that adds Humryk to Claude, one for Cursor, and a server address to paste into ChatGPT and other tools that support MCP. You approve the access once with your Humryk user. The assistant can read sales, orders, stock, customers and subscriptions and answer in plain language. It cannot change or send anything. You see which apps are connected and can remove access at any time.
Do I need to think about hosting or updates?
No. We handle hosting, security, updates and scaling. You never have to install anything, update plugins or run servers.
Is the platform GDPR compliant?
Yes. Customer data is stored securely, consent is handled at registration, and customers can request deletion. Marketing contacts have clear subscribed/unsubscribed status.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in European data centres. Payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS certified). We never store card details on our servers.
Can I use the platform in English?
Yes. The admin panel is available in Norwegian and English. In your store, you write texts, product descriptions and menus in whatever language you want.
