Switch from Shopify to Humryk
You move your products from Shopify with a CSV export, bring your newsletter contacts, business customers and blog, and finish the new store while the old one stays open. When everything is ready, you move your domain. Order history, passwords and subscribers' payment agreements can't be moved. We tell you that before you start.

How to move
You can finish the new store while Shopify is still open, and switch when you're ready.

Old addresses and search results
Product addresses from Shopify are kept: /products/name becomes the same address with us, so old links and search results work once the domain has moved.
Redirects start working once the domain points to the new store.
Specific to Shopify
Export products from the Shopify admin as CSV, and customers as CSV for the newsletter list. Consent comes along. The blog moves straight from Shopify, with redirects from the old addresses. Subscriptions are built into Humryk, so you don't need a subscription app; subscribers sign up again in the new store.
What doesn't move
- Order history stays in the old platform. Export it before you close it.
- Passwords can't be moved from any platform. Customers sign in with a code by email, or set a new password.
- Subscribers' payment agreements can't be moved. They sign up again in the new store.
