Coffee described the way coffee people do
A coffee in Humryk isn't a generic product with a size and a colour. It has a roast level, an origin and a taste, and every bag can be ground the way the customer wants.
- Roast levelSix steps from light to espresso, plus the name of your roast profile, cupping score, acidity, body and decaf.
- OriginCountry, region, farm, producer, variety, process, harvest year and altitude, taken from the green coffee and shown on the product page.

Cafés order on their own
Cafés and shops sign in to your B2B store, see their agreed prices and order on their own, or get a standing order that places itself every week. You approve the order and create the invoice in Fiken, Tripletex, PowerOffice, Conta or Duett. How the B2B portal works.
If you deliver to cafés yourself, set up delivery areas with postcodes, fixed days and an order deadline.
Coffee subscriptions for coffee drinkers
Coffee drinkers subscribe every week, every two weeks or every month, and pause, skip and change on their own. You choose which coffees can be bought on subscription, and whether subscribers get free shipping. More on subscriptions.
The week's orders become a roast plan
The weekly plan gathers orders from cafés, the online store and upcoming subscriptions, and works out how many kilos of each coffee to roast. The plan shows roasted and green weight, with roast loss per coffee, split by bag and grind.

Connection to Cropster
If you use Cropster, Humryk reads green coffee, roast lots and blends from it, sends your coffee variants to Cropster as SKUs, and sends orders to Cropster when you choose. More on the Cropster connection.
What it doesn't do
- Stock of coffee bags, green and roasted coffee isn't kept in Humryk. If you use Cropster, you see green coffee and roast lots from it, but stock is managed in Cropster. Accessories and other products can have stock.
- The weekly plan, with the roast plan in green weight, is in pilot and switched on per shop. Every shop has the production overview with kilos per coffee and bag.

- Yes. For each bag you choose whether it's sold whole or ground, and the customer picks from seven grind sizes on the product page.
- Does Humryk work with Cropster?
- Yes. Humryk reads green coffee, roast lots and blends from Cropster, sends your coffee variants there as SKUs, and sends orders to Cropster when you choose.
- Can I sell coffee subscriptions?
- Yes. Subscriptions are included in every plan. Customers choose the frequency, pay by card and pause, skip or cancel on their own.
- What does it cost for a roaster with more than 40 cafés?
