How to move
You can finish the new store while the old store is still open, and switch when you're ready.

- Which platforms can I move from?
- The product import recognises CSV exports from Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Mystore and one.com, and there's a template for everything else. The blog can move from Shopify, WordPress, Wix and Squarespace.
- Do I have to close the old store while I move?
- No. The new store runs on a temporary address until you move your domain.
- What happens to my customers?
- Newsletter contacts are imported with their consent, and business customers get an invitation. Passwords can't be moved, so customers sign in with a code by email or set a new password.
